Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. They will happily take your premiums, but pay little or nothing. They require every record of every sneeze and bite of kibble your pet has ever had. And when you send it, they will lose what you sent, close the claim without paying a penny and say nothing. When you re-file, they will lose your records and only if you call repeatedly will they magically find your information. After that they will ask for records from before your pet was born. If you’re persistent, and you’re lucky, they might give you back $50 on a $700 claim after you pester them for several months and threaten legal action.
