Purchased for amazing reviews, but 100% disappointed.
We have three cats and never filed a claim until our little one started having what seemed like sudden and severe behavioral issues. The claims were open for over 4 months (so they made another $400!) before they denied coverage because they didn't get all the paperwork. There is literally no paperwork left to send them --- all vets sent them everything they had! I have had to explain the same thing over and over and over again to different people until I finally lost it one day. I called my vet crying because I don't know what else to do and the vet said they consistently have issues with ASPCA and recommended a new health insurance. I wanted to give my cats the very best!! ASPCA was not it.
