Easy Sign Up

It was easy to sign up and coverage offered what I was looking for for a fair price. Haven't used the insurance, so I can't commit on service in that area yet.

Our dog Simba has been covered by thus…

Our dog Simba has been covered by thus insurance since he was about 2 years old. ASPCA was recommended by another pet owner at the dog park. It was reasonably priced and reimbursement was swift. As Simba aged, his policy cost increased as well...but not by much and was still worth it. This year, ASPCA decided to drop his plan and offered similar option that would ONLY cost over twice what we paid before. I looked into other company plans but the clincher was that other companies would not cover my aging dog's existing conditions and ASPCA would. We had to eat this huge increase for LESS coverage and keep him with ASPCA. With this increase, reimbursement is glacially slow and half the time, their site does not allow me to enter a new claim. What else is new - pay more - get way less. SO, so disappointed.

Horrible

Horrible. Their app has been down for months. You are not able to submit a claim at all via the app or website. It’s extremely frustrating. Claims are delayed for payment by almost two months. It’s insane! Customer service can never do anything to help you. I’m so unimpressed by this whole company. What liars and crooks! We depend on this insurance for life saving money for our pets! Horrible company.
