Claims process takes over 4 weeks
Claims process takes over 4 weeks. When talking to customer service reps, they are not able to help or provide any information. In fact, today when I asked about the processing of my claim now that it's been 4 weeks, the customer service agent told me that they are short staffed and that I should apply for a job with them to help with the processing load. Outrageous. I will be filing a complaint with their management. For the ever increasing premiums that I pay (on time, every time) I should not get a rude run around when asking about a 4 week old claim.
