Assurance we will have help with the bills.

ASPCA Insurance gave us the ability to treat Quincy, our dachshund for all of his illnesses. The insurance paid their max for his hospital bills. We also have 2 cats who are getting older and we feel assured that they will get the proper care when needed through ASPCA. The ASPCA staff has always been helpful and caring. All bills have always been paid promptly. I would recommend ASPCA to any fellow pet lovers.

Thankful for Pet Insurance

Buddy is an active 12 year old Lab. We've had ASPCA Insurance for several years for him and glad that we invested in the insurance. The latest debacle that ASPCA helped out on was a javelina attack while we were in AZ. Buddy escaped from our grasp to catch up with a large javelina, which gored him badly. Not only was it terrifying that we might have lost our family member, but the costs for his surgery could have been astroniomical without the coverage. The insurance helped us a lot. And it is really a piece of mind to know that if something like this happens or if Buddy is very ill, we have ASPCA on our side. The investment is well worth it for us.

Very good pet health insurance and great service

My 2 year old mastiff X german shepherd split his toenail all the way up into his paw. Mugsey needed emergency surgery and follow up.The vet bill was over $500-- of which the insurance paid about 50% (do to the deductible and the fact that my vet is a bit more expensive than most and the insurance reimbursement is based on normal charges for services rendered)Petshealth Care was very helpful and processed my claim and mailed my reimbursement check quickly. I highly recommend Pets health Care

What a comfort!

When my 10-year old dog came in from being outside looking like he'd eaten something very bad for him, I didn't hesitate to bring him to my vet even though it was a weekend because I knew I would have help paying my bill. I love my pup so much I don't think I could hesitate anyway so it's a comfort to know that I'll get some of my money back. Claims are easy to make & get resolved quickly. My vet spent several hours with us & helped my pup to recover quickly & completely. Soon after I filed the claim I had a nice chunk show up right in my bank account -- so easy!

great service and customer service

My hardly over a year puppy one day started vomiting blood and had bloody stool all over the house. We brought her to the vet and thankfully had her patched up by the next day. We submitted our claims and before I knew it I had a check in the mail. The nicest touch were the 2 follow up calls from ASPCA to check on my pup to see if she was feeling better after her illness. The fact that they had flagged her and cared enough to reach out meant so much to us!
