I am satisfied with ASPCA

I am satisfied with ASPCA. The claim process is easy and there are no issues with getting the reimbursement. Having insurance saves me a lot of money: my dog was resently diagnostic with Addison desease and the ongoing treatment is costly. I am glad I signed up for ASPCA insurance as I adopted a puppy!

I recommend this insurance all the …

I recommend this insurance all the time!I paid for insurance for years hoping that I'd never need it! All those years, I thought the deductible was per occurrence. My dog had some illnesses. I paid for myself like a urinary infection and an ear infection. Last year, my dog cut her paw pad. I was reimbursed minus the $100 deductible. So, it wasn't much, But then she hurt her knee the month, actually about a week before her new benefit year began, In hindsight, had I known it was not a life emergency, I would have given her more time To rest and maybe recover? She was in so much pain, couldn't walk at all! The surgery was awful. Muscle atrophy was almost immediate! Recovery was months!! I had to stay home. Not work for months! Sadly, statistically, the other knee gets damaged from overuse. Bless her heart. It's been a nightmare! I waited about six months to turn in claims. The first ones were handled quickly because I had the records. Remember, what happens in a different benefit year is NOT covered later. I am glad I paid for the continuing care option but it's nor that helpful. The continuing care is only $1000, OH and the deductible!! Not sure it was even worth paying for another year, They've stopped paying halfway through and I will post if they do not renew her insurance. They've made more money off me than I've been reimbursed.... of course! READ your policy and asked lots of questions! Best wishes! It is what is... business! ; ) I just live without cable tv LOL :) Sissy Sweet is worth a million dollars, to me!!! <3
