ASPCA is The most caring pet Insurance.

We never had any health issues with my Buddy, Chihuahua. He was very ill last month. ASPCA is great about reimbursing for pet cares. They called to follow up on Buddy to check how he was doing. Staff is wonderful, caring and friendly. We recommend ASPCA is the best Insurance for your 4 legs best friends.

Concern for our Family

ASPCA always asks us how we are all doing. When you make a claim, it's usually because your beloved pet has an accident or illness. It's a stressful time and the associates understand that, answer all the questions you have for them, and show a genuine concern for what you are experiencing. There are different ways you can submit the claim, and when you do it online, very simple. In addition, I requested that any additional information they needed, to please contact our vet which they said would be done if needed with no hesitation whatsoever.

Great experience

My dog had to have expensive surgery and aspca paid most of it. The claim process was easy and fast. They called after the surgery to check on my dog which I did not expect from an insurance company. I'm very happy to recommend them to others!

Good for health maintenance and emergencies!

I've had ASPCA pet insurance on my two labs from the same litter since they were puppies and they are now almost 10 years old. The annual premiums seem fair and the coverage for emergencies has been a real benefit. One dog had to have oral surgery for extraction of 2 broken teeth and surgery for an infected ear. My other dog had a torn ligament. The oral surgery and ear repair was over $1500 and the ligament (ACL) repair exceeded $5000. The reimbursements were apprx 30% of the total vet bills and that certainly helped me with finances. The e-filing option is fast and convenient and the turnaround is quick. Customer service and follow up on pet health is excellent.
