My 10 year old shitzu developed a breathing problem compounded with a bladder infection. My claim was handled by ASPCA in a very efficient and speedy manner. Very satisfied with their handling of my claim!

Best Customer Service Ever

I would like to thank all the people at ASPCA pet insurance, my English Springer Spaniel male age 7, his name is Bailey had the misfortune of getting a fox tail burrow inside his anus resulting in needing surgery to remove it. It was the first time my veterinarian had ever seen a fox tail in that part of a dogs body. Bailey is all healed and doing great! I love that a caring customer service agent called me to check up on Bailey's health. Thank you again for all your good works.
