Awesome Insurance and super easy to submit a claim.

I had submitted a claim for my new puppy and paid for her puppy plan through my vet and was reimbursed within a week and a half. Super easy to submit a claim. Would recommend to anyone who has pets.

Wonderful, kind service!!!

I received a call from your representative, checking in on Caesar. He know exactly what Caesar had gone through, to inquire how he was doing. He had also called me, earlier this year, when our Buddy passed. Every claim is handled promptly and correctly, I could not be more pleased with your service.

I am so happy I have my dog insured with ASPCA

It has been about 3 years now that I have my dog Lilly insured with ASPCA. She gets a lot of ear infections and this year she was hit by a car and her paw was fractured. ASPCA not only reimbursed me in the amount specified on my plan, but called several times to see how Lilly was doing. I love that when you call them, your account is brought up right away with your telephone number and that you can talk to a live, knowledgeable, and caring customer service agent. I highly recommend ASPCA as a pet insurance company.

Loyal to ASPCA

I first insured a dog with ASPCA Pet Health Insurance 8 or 9 years ago. It was always easy to access a representative when I had questions or wanted to make a change to the policy. Every representative I talked to was knowledgeable and personable. Filing a claim was also easy to do, and I could count on the refund for the portion of the medical expenses covered arriving in a timely manner. When my dog passed away, and I canceled the policy, I was moved by the sincere sympathy expressed by the representatives I talked to. I decided to continue to cover my dogs with ASPCA. I cherish that the company is constantly improving and making filing claims even more streamlined. Recently, I was at a vet with a dog, who just became a part of our family. They presented me with discounts for other pet insurance policies. Curious, I called to see what they had to offer. After the two very confusing explanations of benefits and rather pushy sales reps, I realized that I have chosen correctly and have the best coverage available for my dogs. I only wish they insured horses!
