Great customer service.

Great customer service. Would like to see them pay a little more on medications, although the rep says it's not determined by them. Always professional and helpful when I contact them.

Made an illness much less stressful!

We had a very sick puppy, the seizures started suddenly and the emergency vet wanted to run very expensive tests. Knowing that we had ASPCA, we went thru all the testing and he is now completely seizure free. We submitted the claims as fast as they were coming in and ASCPA processed everything quickly and accurately just exactly as the policy was written. Now we have a healthy puppy and know that we have the best insurance policy available.

ASPCA Pet Health Insurance is excellent

ASPCA Pet Health Insurance was timely about my claim when my dog injured her back. It helped so much to have an easy claim submittal and a quick financial reimbursement turn around when I had such a large unexpected expense.

Has been a lifesaver...literally.

We have had ASPCA insurance on all three of our cats for years (even the youngest one when she was adopted). Having gone through CKD and cancer with two previous cats, we knew the potential for needing it would increase as the current pets got older. This has definitely been the case as our oldest cat was diagnosed with hyperthyroid and needed the radio iodine treatment, and then the subsequent discovery of CKD after the thyroid issue was resolved. Thankful we decided to get it for the young one, as last year she swallowed an ENTIRE package of hair ties without us knowing, and needed emergency surgery to remove the mass. We would have paid for it anyhow, but most people cannot handle that type of bill and could have led to euthanasia instead. Due to ASPCA, we still have a happy, healthy, semi-feral rescue of almost 5 years old. Claims are easy to submit, processed quickly, and payment is direct deposited. There is very little that they do not cover, in my experience.

Preventive Care plans reimburse up to a set amount for each listed treatment. If your pet exhibited symptoms of a knee and ligament condition at any time, prior to enrollment or during a waiting period, all ligament and knee conditions will be excluded.
