Surprisingly easy to use

Our dog tore his ACL back in November 2018. He had TPLO surgery that December after consulting with the surgeon on the best option. I was worried how submitting the claims would be for all these appointments. I was surprised at how easy it was. I've heard horror stories of other insurance companies being difficult. ASPCA was not at all. I had all the invoices from the visits and uploaded them to the website easy enough. They took care of the rest. They did a really good job. The longest wait was because my vet was slow in responding to their request for some additional information. Not much they can do about that. I highly recommend them.

Best pet insurance provider!

Submitting claims is easy, payment is received within a week or so after processing begins. Customer service is always top notch--I had to submit 3 claims for the same pet in as many weeks and a rep called me to follow up and find out if he was doing OK. WOW! It's so wonderful how much the organization cares about my babies. Also, the insurance covered about half the costs (each vet visit costed about $500, so I ultimately only paid about $750). All said and done, I don't regret spending one cent for the insurance! Totally worth it as well as for peace of mind.

Nice people, great communication and easy to file a claim

When my cat was having some stomach problems and I knew I could count on getting reimbursed in a timely manner with little hassle from the great people at ASPCA health insurance. Today they called me to ask how my cat was doing, how the service had been and I added our new cat. I actually had just texted me friend who will be getting a dog soon to sign up with them. I feel really comfortable talking to people who I know care about their animals as much as I do. Shout out to Sandra and her Great Dane Glitter Girl!
