Thoroughly happy with the way we were handled with the claims . We recommend them to all pet owners

After we got our kitten we didn’t imagine that we would need insurance yet. Are we glad we purchased coverage. ASPCA has been so wonderful. They notify you when they recieve your ckaim. You recieve an itemized explanation of the coverage you will recieve. They even phoned us to ask how our pet’s health was improving. That speaks volumes! We can’t praise them enough and the cost has paid for itself easily.

Thank You for Understanding What Was Needed!

Recently, my 11-year old dog Gracie had a recurrence of a sneezing episode where she was expelling blood from her nostrils. My vet of more than 20 years recommended three different tests to rule out a potentially disastrous diagnosis of aspergillosis. Although the testing was expensive, you allowed virtually all of it and the happy result was that Gracie's test results were normal. She has been healthy and active since. I have insured all my pets with you and am so glad I have.

Great for a pet who ends up with a sudden unexpected illness

It was perfect for when my dog had a sudden decline in health that will be a lifetime issue.

So Much Better

We have had pet insurance with other companies in the past that constantly denied claims or paid next to nothing against the claim amounts for one reason or another. ASPCA insurance has been great. Claims are paid quickly once they are approved (approval does depend on how quickly your vet provides records). The only thing I would change would be to include the canine influenze shot as part of yearly maintenance and provide a little bit more coverage for heartworm medication (one of our dogs has to have a more expensive brand because of allergies so the coverage really only covers a couple a few doses). Overall, the insuance coverage has been fantastic, customer service is amazing, and all non-covered items have been minimal.

They help keep my senior dog, jaxon, with me.

I'm extremely happy with my ASPCA insurance. I can't believe how much they reimburse to me. My Jaxon has chronic kidney disease and it started after I got my insurance for him. With it. I am able to afford taking my dog to a holistic vet for acupuncture, taking my dog to the hospital, his prescription dog food, and more.
