Very statisfied with Petshealth service

When it's time to collect on an insurance policy, it is usually also a time of stress. You want help and compassion not excuses why something you have claimed is not eligible. Petshealth came through and reimbursed me much of the money I spent in getting my dog's diagnosis and the customer service people were helpful when I had to call to get my invoices to them properly..

Can you cover humans??

We enrolled our yellow lab Aiken when he was just a pup. We've had two scares in his life time; a spider and a snake bite. We were fortunate in that we were able to get the medical care we needed quickly afterhours. That comes at a hefty price though. We knew we would "figure it out" no matter the cost. ASPCA Pet Health Insurance were there for us. It claims process was extremely easy and the reimbursement was very fast. Aiken is 10 years old. Just one of these incident reimbursements paid for all the years of monthly premiums. The peace of mind in having insurance that works so well is just a bonus. We know have enrolled our new addition Clover; a black lab puppy and will enroll any pet we have in the future. We are so glad our vet recommended ASPCA Pet Health Insurance that initial puppy check up 10 years ago.

Straightforward Coverage

Efficient, straightforward coverage and great customer service. Only notable thing is that you cannot insure a pet prior to it being eight weeks old and then must still wait the two week waiting period from that date. (we recently got an orphaned young kitten). They have provided excellent coverage for my dog this past year with all of his vet visits.
