Insurance Coverage

Insurance Coverage is satisfactory, however I would have liked it if I was able to increase my coverage for my pet without having to get a new policy which would not have covered any pre-existing conditions that my pet currently was being covered.

LOVE ASPCA pet insurance!

I've had ASPCA pet insurance for several years. We LOVE pets so much that if they get sick, there's never a thought of putting them down. If they are not terminally suffering... we try to fix them. That's why ASPCA is so vital for us to have, and when we are going through healthy times I know that a portion of my monthly payment goes to help other suffering and abused animals. I feel very good about that! I don't think any other pet insurance company donates hundreds of thousands, even millions, to organizations like the ASPCA. I FEEL GREAT supporting them as well as getting health insurance for my pets. It's a win/win! Plus the website and whole process is sooooo easy!

BEST PET INSURANCE BAR NONE

My 4 month old St. Bernard puppy came down with what we thought was a routine illness, in a terrible turn of events it evolved into a life threatening issue. Over the course of 4 weeks and many hospitalizations the veterinarians pulled out all the stops to help get our puppy well, miraculously they succeeded at no small cost. Whether we had insurance or not we would have done exactly the same thing. BUT having this insurance gave us one less thing to worry about and therefore our focus was on getting our boy well. I submitted all my claims and within 2 weeks exactly my claims were paid out without any additional hassle. ASPCA kept me informed via email what was happening, when they reached out to the vets for additional information, really didn't need to disturb us at all, everything was handled beautifully behind the scenes. I actually have spoken to friends, family and colleagues about our recent ordeal (even today as a matter of fact) and told them how great ASPCA was in handling all claims, even when I called to enroll my other dogs, the representative upon pulling up our account, immediately asked how our puppy was doing - this is true customer service. I don't have enough words or phrases to truly appreciate the quality of service and the attention that ASPCA provides their customers. You would be crazy to go anywhere else for your pets insurance needs.
