Wonderful service and outstanding compassion and care

Our Akita hurt his back leg while paying and we had to two different sets of x-rays to diagnose the problem, finding out that Teddy will probably need surgery to repair the cruciate ligament. Reimbursement for the costs was very simple. The was when I received a call from a representative at ASPCA Pet Insurance letting me know the reimbursement was authorized and was asked how Teddy was doing, checking up on him.

I think the health insurance is great…

I think the health insurance is great and covers a lot, but it takes a long time to process the claims. For example, I have had a claim being processed for exactly three weeks now. That is quite a bit of time.

I originally got ASPCA Pet Insurance for my pup Kiarra. Pet insurance has helped us because we know we will get reimbursed and don't have to worry if our pets need to be seen. We now also have Dylan and Petey also enrolled. Thank you ASPCA.
