Amazing insurance company

ASPCA was amazing to us and our pup Luna. They were very attentive and answered all our questions through the process. The claim was paid out super fast and they even followed up to make sure Luna was recovering good. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet insurance. It is well worth it for a piece of mind for you and your pet.

Great service!

Have loved working with ASPCA! When my dog had an accident and knocked out his tooth, they worked quickly with me to get my claim through. I find their customer service agent to be very sincere. I will continue to be insured by them.

Fast Reimbursement- No questions asked!!

I always wondered if pet insurance was worth it- until my current dog needed emergency surgery for ruptured discs. I was told it would cost $6,000 to $8,000 and I needed to decide right then or risk further and likely permanent paralysis. I didn’t have to hesitate or second guess that thanks to this insurance. I’d checked my coverage only the week prior when she’d suddenly become lame -(unrelated to the disc rupture) and incurred an invoice of over $800. I uploaded the invoices, for the lameness and its laser treatment - followed the next week by over $8k for MRI, Emergency Surgery-hospilization etc. ALL procedures were reimbursed with absolutely NO QUESTIONS ASKED- within ten days each by direct deposits to my bank!! I was and remain AMAZED. I’ve had other pet insurance and have NEVER had such an easy and STRESS-FREE experience regarding treatment of my pets as I have now had with ASPCA- even my vet was amazed when I shared my experience and wantied to know which insurance I use! Don’t think twice- this insurance is the BEST!

For the just in case.

We have a 9 month old puppy and you never know what could happen. We left our dog on vacation and came back to find out she had injested three socks. Not one, not two, but three socks later. Two emergency vet trips later and we have x-ray bills, surgery, and medicine to pay for. But, luckily we had pet health insurance with ASPCA. I called that night just to make sure we would be covered. The representive even called to check on our puppy after the procedures! We highly recommend pet insurance with ASPCA to all of our friends!
