Wonderful
I have had a policy on my corgi, Roxie, for a couple of years now. It’s always been great to have the peace of mind to know that if something were to happen, I don’t have to hold back on getting what she needs because of the cost. We have had unexpected surgeries and surprise vet visits, so having the policy has always been great for those. More recently, Roxie collapsed late at night and we took her to the emergency clinic. After that visit, plus others with her regular vet and a cardiologist, she was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma in her heart, which is very aggressive and typically only has a prognosis of a few months. With the help of the insurance policy, I have been able to get her more testing and ultrasounds, plus I don’t hesitate to make follow up appointments at the expensive specialists. I don’t know how much longer I have left with Roxie, but it’s comforting to know that while going through this difficult time, one less thing I have to worry about is the cost of her care.
