Great insurance and service

This insurance has been excellent. Claims are processed in a very timely manner and support from staff is friendly and efficient. Glad I took it out when I did. Like the wellness benefits.

Easy and effective claim

After several years of no activity, I had to make two claims in quick succession. Luckily, the site was fairly intuitive and I was able to easily submit my claims. While I'm sure we'd always like to get more money back, the amount awarded was fair for the claim and the plan. This really helped to take some of the bite out of two very expensive vet visits.

Best decision I’ve made regarding my dog

I’ve worked with other insurance companies in the past and they were a waste of time and money. My dog was a real sick pupper so there was a lot of vet visits and money spent. They wouldn’t give me the time and fought every claim. ASPCA has been the exact opposite. Incredible customer service. Willing to answer every question no matter how small and happy to help on top of it. When my Lily had her second ACL surgery they were there for us on reimbursements, called to check up on her recovery and covered physical therapy. The weight off my shoulders this second time around was immeasurable. I reconmend this pet insurance to every friend I have with pets and even people on the street I run into walking Lily.

Releived we had this great insurance.

My pet Sadie, became deathly ill almost over night. She has a seizure early in the morning and became, for the most part, non-responsive. I rushed her to the Vet and upon her blood work results found out she had :Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia" and she had a poor diagnosis, we were devastated. We continued to learn more and had an intern review and do an ultrasound, medications were given. We took Sadie home for a night and she didn't do any better, she needed a blood transfusion ASAP so we rushed her to our nearest urgent care Vet for the treatment. To make our week of sleepless nights story shorter, after starting from several nights in the hospital to coming back home with 7 medications and being worried about Sadie's health and yes, the cost of it all and when we may need to make the dreaded decision, I called the ASPCA insurance to see where we were at. I was reassured all claims were being processed and I am happy to report, all clams were paid!!!! The staff was compassionate, understanding and truly cared about Sadie's well being and mine!!! Sadie is doing awesome and only on 3 specialy medications now, which are COVERED by this awesome insurance!!!! Thank YOU !!!!!!!!
