Prompt

I was impressed as to the ease of submitting my claims and the promptness of the payments on my claims. I was a bit concerned that my claim would be denied because my ‘girl’ is so young and ill. They asked a couple of questions to clarify my claim and then it was paid.

Pet insurance was a great decision for our older cat

After going through some health problems, and large vet bills, we decided to get pet insurance for our 11 year old cat. ASPCA has been great at responding to and completing claims we've submitted for our cat after each vet visit.

Off To A Great Start

I had a policy several years ago and more recently purchased one on my Black Lab, Bella. I noticed a significant difference in customer service since my original policy. My first few claims have gone through seamlessly, without questioning and dispute. I even received a follow-up call to see how Bella was doing after surgery. Of course the person also asked if I'd write a review, but that's business. Processing and reimbursement were prompt. I hope this continues. At this point, I would highly recommend using them.

ASPCA Pet Health is great

ASPCA Pet Health is great. My puppy, Chase recently broke his leg and had to have surgery. I call ASPCA to check on my insurance and was pleasantly surprised that they cover the cost of the surgery at the percentage I agreed to in my plan. It made this whole ordeal a lot less stressful knowing the surgery was covered. What a great investment I made in choosing ASPCA!
