ASPCA | Pet Insurance Review

ASPCA was there for me during the absolute worst couple of days, followed by the absolute best moment of my life! My best friend was hit by a car and disappeared for 4 days. After taking time off work, searching for her for 4 days, hiking through the woods in the middle of the night, and expecting the worst. She came home all by herself!! shattered pelvis and all! 3 days 2 nights in the vet, surgery and 2 screws needed in her hip drained my savings account and all right before vacation. Which was fine, take it all, I had my baby back. ASPCA made it SO easy to file a claim, and I was reimbursed for more than I ever thought possible. Faster than I ever thought possible! I recommend ASPCA a million times over. Best decision I’ve ever made! ASPCA made things so fast and easy in such a difficult time.

So far so good haven't needed to use the accident or illness coverage.. Have used the wellness with no issues. Claims were paid in a reasonable time.

I really appreciated the hassle free submission and reimbursement of my veterinary hospital bills. I had to worry about my dog Duke and taking the worry out of the astronomical bill was much needed relief.

LOOK NO FURTHER, THIS IS THE BEST PET INSURANCE!!! I have made several claims this year on my 3 yr. old German Shepard. I am soo Thankful to have ASPCA Pet Insurance!!! I chose "snail mail" and for every claim I sent in I received a check back quickly, no questions asked! Customer Service has called just to see how my Sgt. Hans was doing. They are super nice, I couldn't have made a better decision then to take out pet Insurance with ASPCA!!! I am coming up on 1 yr of having the insurance and lots has been paid out (90percent) so I do understand they have to go up just a few dollars, its worth every penny!!!

I am very happy with the service I receive from the ASPCA Pet Health Insurance. Customer service is excellent! They answer all my questions and it is so easy to submit electronic claims for my dog's medical expenses.
