Quick, Easy, and Caring Assistance
When my dog got sick and needed to go for further testing, as well as to advanced specialists for diagnosis, I was extremely concerned for his health. Then there was the added concern of extensive bills to pay as a result of this advanced testing. However ASPCA Pet Insurance made it quick and easy to submit any claims. Their assistance and coverage alleviated any financial concerns so I could solely focus on getting him better. Not only did they help financially, but they even called to follow up a few weeks later to check on him and see how he was feeling. Their financial assistance coupled with their genuine concern has left a wonderful, lasting impression.

helpful, easy to use, cats love it
We've had ASPCA pet insurance for our 3 cats for a few years. My kitty was recently treated for an eye injury that ended up being quite expensive. Claims were very easy to submit online, and we got reimbursed within a few weeks. The kitties and the family really appreciate this service.

I cannot brag enough about the experiences I have had with this insurance.
ASPCA pet insurance has always been wonderful to help me take care of my best friend throughout the years! Earlier this year, Gizmo had a mast cell tumor removed and is currently on chemo to treat the cancer. The insurance has made it easier on me financially while going through this. The use of the app makes it easy to refer to my policy and to file claims. Anyone that knows me knows that I highly recommend ASPCA pet insurance.
Monthly Cost
Rates start at: $10 (for accident only), $16 (Complete Coverage). Rates vary based on species, age, breed, and location.
Coverage
The pay-out amount is based on the actual vet bill, at a rate pre-selected by the customer: 90%, 80% or 70%
Payout Limits
Annual limits can be set by the customer, ranging from $2,500 to $20,000, including an unlimited option.
No lifetime limits.
Deductible
$100, $250 or $500 annually.
Age Limits
No upper age limits. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.
Waiting Period
There are no waiting periods for preventive care. Coverage begins 14 days after date listed on policy for accidents, illnesses, and knee/ligament conditions.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures and breeding costs are not covered.
ASPCA Pet Health Insurance has two Preventive Care plans that can be added to help cover a pet’s wellness care, including annual exams, vaccinations, tests, dental cleanings and flea/heartworm preventive. Preventive Care plans reimburse up to a set amount for each listed treatment.
If your pet exhibited symptoms of a knee and ligament condition at any time, prior to enrollment or during a waiting period, all ligament and knee conditions will be excluded. Ligament and Knee are conditions involving a ligament, patella, meniscus or soft tissue disorder of the knee.
