By Far, The Best Pet Insurance Ever!

I've had experiences with a number of pet insurance companies over the past 12 years so I can say with confidence that ASPCA Pet Insurance is number 1. They are true to their word that if your pet has been symptom free/treatment free for 6 months prior to signing up with them, they do not consider it pre-existing. I was skeptical but sure enough, this is true and I am so thankful that I switched. The website is very user friendly, easy to submit claims and the claims are processed quickly. Customer service is very helpful when needed and wait time on the phone is never very long. They are compassionate when speaking with you on the phone and very patient. I highly recommend this company.

Dissappointing at best

With the claim of being associated with the ASPCA, I had high hopes for this insurance company. Unfortunately, 90% of my claims have were denied. My dog had an accident and injured his rear knee before coverage. They use that accident to lump most of my additional claims as a preexisting condition because of his knee injury. The dog is sick with a cold, well that is a previous condition, the dog got allergies during the coverage period, you guessed it, that is a preexisting condition. Do not waste your time or money with this insurance company.

Do Not get the Preventive benefits

I currently have Preventive benefit package it's completely useless. Constantly going to have to pay for wellness exams period. Fortunately my animals haven't had an accidental injury not sure if the pet insurance is worth it. I rather have stuck to Banfield.

Good Coverage, Slow Claim Processing.

The coverage is fair and a good value. It’s nice to have that peace of mind, however, waiting over 2 weeks for a claim to process is completely absurd. There has to be a better way to speed things up.

Super easy, and friendly.

They are great to work with. No hassling over what is or is not covered, they cover everything they say they will. They are easy to contact if you have questions, and are very friendly and helpful. Our dogs are 10, and have each had a LOT of medical issues, ASPCA has been a lifesaver for us, regarding the medical expenses.
