Clementine

Highly recommend getting pet insurance for your fur baby. it was hard enough having to think about the pain she was going through let alone the cost of admitting her to the hospital. ASPCA was definitely there when i needed them. staff are super friendly and really know what they are talking about. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it Thanks ASPCA my little Clem is doing a lot better

DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE

This pet insurance doesn’t care about you or your loved one, and they definitely do not want to give you any money. It has been almost a month and they still haven’t reimbursed me on anything, they have actually put the processing on hold twice for the same claim to wait for more information even though they have already been sent everything 2 weeks prior. They’re trying to avoid reimbursing me on anything, and they’re trying to link any symptom to my dogs’ current illness so that it can be considered a pre-existing condition. Just as a warning, they take at least 2 weeks to process your claims. If your pet needs surgery, you still need to pay out of pocket and then they’ll reimburse after 2 weeks...maybe...they’ll most likely try to tell you it was a pre-existing condition and they won’t give you a penny. I’ve only had this insurance since mid July, and it’s been a complete waste of money. Learn from my horrible experience and use any other pet insurance. They will care about you and your loved one more than this company ever will.

Well-rounded, affordable coverage

Started using ASPCA pet insurance about a year ago. I have two cats, one is 2 years old and constantly has medical issues and the other is 1 year old and is very healthy. There is a discount for having multiple pets so I just put both of them on the same type of coverage ($250 deductible and covered for up to $5,000). I'm planning on switching the younger cat to the higher deductible plan though for this upcoming year. Overall, the online system is very easy to use, the customer service is great and really helpful. The insurance covers up to 90% of your cost after you've hit the deductible. I've saved hundreds of dollars by having this pet insurance. I shopped around for a while and they were the most affordable option I found but still include excellent coverage. The only reason I didn't give them a 10/10 rating is because it takes 2-3 weeks after submitting a claim to actually get reimbursed. If the turn around time on that was faster then I definitely would have given them the full 10/10 rating.

A quick notification when the claim is being processsed.

When I first enrolled Zeus with ASPCA, I received a cordial welcome, along with helpful procedural information that was needed. I've submitted two claims which have been handled in a professional manner, exactly which I would have expected. I could not be more pleased with the service i have received. I am happy that I chose ASPCA ! Sincerely, Wilton C. Carter
