Yes a five on AKC pet insurance and customer service but right now I am a bit disappointed. There was a mix up in getting my vet records forwarded but processing has been a bit slow lately. Brinn has had alot of issues and they have receive multiple claims. Many though are pretty straight forward and from early February. I am sure with their excellent reputation they are busy but maybe they need to hire more people to expedite the reimbursement process.
