No stars, very unprofessional people. There are not compassionate . Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I give him no stars and I would not recommend anyone. I wouldn’t even take a snake there and that is my opinion when it was West side animal hospital I was there for over 20 years with my pets, I have a new puppy a teacup Chihuahua. They were horrible with. Never will I go back to them nor recommend in any way, shape or form!

If you have an urgent care issue with your pet, this is the place you need to go. We called multiple other vet offices in Casper when our Min Pin started losing consciousness almost 7-8 times a day. Not ONE of them could see her on short notice. Hound and Katt took her in immediately. They spent HOURS on her- along with phone consults to specialists in Colorado- and provided a level of service I thought no longer existed. After analyzing her situation, they started her on a round of steroids, directly contradictory to a vet in Bozeman- and she improved almost immediately. As of the day I am typing this, she has been in for two follow-ups and blood tests, and is almost back to normal. We will be forever grateful to EVERYONE at Hound and Katt. Nugget thanks you too.

Was denied an appointment for puppy shots and deworming. Well actually they made it then called to cancel it for me 🤨 They claimed they only take emergency visits now= making the absolute most money off each appointment- nice! 5 stars to 1 star real quick 👏 Wish I never recommended them to so many people and now I most definitely wont!!

Doug and staff go above and beyond for our fur babies. When we had to say goodbye to one of our fur babies. Doug went out of his way to make us feel at ease and make it as comfortable as it could possibly be. They show kindness and compassion for animals. We appreciate all they do.

Went to Hound and Katt to help with our old pup and they helped us so much with the process of having to put him down. They are all such sweet people and Dr. Katt was so lovely. Cannot thank them enough for making such a difficult decision less painful. Thank you!!
