I've been taking my dog Enzo to the Village Animal clinic since I've been in the Fitchburg area. Dr. Zack is honest, earnest, and caring. When I went last to see him about my dog's neurological issue he immediately referred me out to a neurologist. Every time I go here I feel listened to, and the issues that I bring forth are taken seriously.

I have been coming here thru the years, & for the most part I'm satisfied. The office definitely needs someone who is more competent in answering phones. It takes way too many phone calls to schedule, or be able to ask about anything that may be important to the paying customer.
