We got an exam & all our questions answered by the kindest Vet in town. He even took the time to email me information I had asked him about. Our experience at Faircrest was so seamless! I had called because my cat, Sparkle, needed to be seen quickly for a dental issue. While making my calls around the city Faircrest was recommended, and I'm so glad they were! They were able to fit me in within a few days, even with Sparkle being a new patient. They were very quick to respond to any questions. I am so thankful to Dr. Mason and the rest of Faircrest for taking such wonderful care of Sparkle and I can't recommend them more!

Faircrest is a relatively new clinic and was suggested to me by a different vet that was booking out several weeks. My partner and I recently adopted a stray cat who had tapeworms, and we needed to get him in ASAP. Dr. Mason was able to see us less than 24 hours after I'd requested an appointment. He applied the topical dewormer for us and conducted a thorough exam. Our cat was so comfortable at Faircrest that he fell asleep on the table in the exam room. They also gave him a treat. :) We can't recommend Faircrest enough, and we're excited to be be one of Dr. Mason's new patients.
