I can't say enough wonderful things about the Cat Care Clinic! This place truly specializes in cats, and it's evident in every aspect of their service. Their compassion and empathy for our feline friends are unmatched. Every time we've visited, the staff has gone above and beyond to ensure our cats receive the best care possible. They treat each cat with gentleness and understanding, making what could be a stressful experience much more comfortable for both the pets and their owners. One of the most impressive things about this place is their willingness to stay late to help our cats. Whether it's a routine check-up or an emergency, they never hesitate to extend their hours to provide the necessary care. This level of dedication is rare and greatly appreciated.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a vet. Everyone here really cares about cats and it shows. The exam rooms are designed with cats in mind and it really makes a difference. My kitty had dental work done and I was a nervous wreck the entire time. The staff was patient with me and gave me updates while she was under, which I really appreciated. I had a clerical issue with my bill and it was corrected quickly. Overall wonderful place with wonderful people!

The staff are always so nice. My cat see Dr. Parks and they are wonderful! Cat Care Clinic is also reasonably priced compared to most of Madison. I'd highly recommend them!

I had the best experience at Cat Care Clinic and could not recommend them enough. Not only was I impressed with Dr. Parks, but also with the entire staff and overall care that my cat received. Dr. Parks was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain what my options were for my cat. Savannah, Kylee and Cecilia were also very supportive throughout my cat's care. They were great at communicating what was going on with her treatment plan and provided excellent customer service. It was such a relief to know that my cat was being cared for by such trustworthy and kind people.

We ran into an emergency where we had to quarantine our cat for 10 days with very short notice. After calling around multiple places in the Madison area, all of which were booked or did not do quarantine, this place went above and beyond. They said they did not normally do quarantines like we were looking for, especially since we weren't a previous customer, but the receptionist talked to the owner and they made an exception for us out of kindness. In a time of stress, the Cat Care Clinic took the burden off us and quarantined Twinkie. She was required to do 3 check-ups during the 10 days and was treated very well. We were not originally told we could visit, but they made an exception once again and allowed us in during her check-ups. This was especially helpful to me since Twinkie is somewhat of a therapy cat for me and it made me anxious knowing she was going to be alone for 10 days. She was treated very well during the entire time. We are incredibly grateful for the time, patience, and generosity that both us and our cat were shown. I could not recommend this place more.
