Outstanding staff and Dr Haigh showed genuine care and concern for my cat, Tinkerbell!

Simply the best!! Love Kathy and her husband, they are very knowledgeable, their staff is amazing, kind and accommodating and their price point is very reasonable. If you need a chicken necropsy this is the place. When we had to euthanize our 16 year old cat they managed to squeeze us in same day, when everyone in Olympia, even emergency vets were full. We love this vet office so much, always worth the drive!

I took My Yellow Lab Sasha in for Our first visit for a well pet check up, a few weeks ago few weeks ago. Less than a week later they literally saved Sasha's life when She ate some salmon at the river and developed salmon poisoning...😒💔😭 Salmon poisoning is quite serious, She was Very Sick...💔💔💔🐶🐾 The Kind, Compassionate staff at Haigh evaluated Her, and treated Her with anti nausea and antibiotic meds, they also sent us home with some canned dog food and some probiotic powder also. She was deathly ill for a couple of days, then not Her usual perky self for a few more days. She seems to have recovered completely now...🐾🐶🌈🎉💥❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ We moved to this area in the spring, and could Not Be Happier with the care Sasha has received here. A Huge Thank You to Haigh's pleasant and professional Staff.🐾🐶❤❤❤

Have had several experiences with this vet that left me realizing they are not caring and supporting. Are there good caring doctors that care about people in their county anymore? I called because my dog had been laboring all day. We had never had puppies and we had no idea what we were doing. I called Haigh to ask them about getting seen. They just said go to an emergency vet we are closing and hung up immediately on me. I did call them back leave a message with how upset I was. My dog and puppies almost died that day and we did lose a puppy because of it being under duress. I was so upset!! My second interaction was this week when I called once again because my car was so I’ll. I called the receptionist to just ask if we could be seen. Her response, “ nope we are booked to mid- December.” And hung up on me! WHAT IN THE WORLD?? What happened to care in compassion in this industry? And why are we still following COVID RESTRICTIONS??!? I will never go back!
