I needed urgent services about a month ago and my regular vet was booked. They recommended this clinic. I was hesitant because they are somewhat new (August 2025) and are in Williston - I was in St. Albans. I took the chance because my dog is what matters. I absolutely love my experience so far! I called ahead to make sure there was availability and they got me in within an hour. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment. I pulled up, walked in, and they asked if I was here for *dog’s name.* They got me right into a room, offering me coffee from the lobby if I was interested. The vet tech came in first, right on time, and asked me some questions, and the Dr came in shortly after. They were extremely compassionate, very thorough, understanding, and patient. Dr Leblanc told me he didn’t want me leaving with any questions. He answered everything I asked and even went as far as bringing a white board into the room and drawing out our specific scenario using clear, plain language. He never made me feel rushed or like a number. He performed the mini procedure we needed and explained everything along the way. He prescribed and explained the meds we needed and told me to call with any questions. I checked out using Apple Pay and the pricing was very reasonable; I think I remember being surprised it wasn’t more. I opted for this clinic to share records with our main clinic so the records will remain complete. Dr Leblanc (Dr Matt) insisted on a follow up appointment to check on him, so I made one at that time. The following morning, Dr Matt text me asking how he was doing. He actually followed up twice. Our pup is much better and I am back this morning (1/23/26) for the follow up. They did tell me they help rescue organizations and they’re working on their ability to offer a military discount. I highly recommend this clinic. There was nothing about it that made me feel uncomfortable, judged, rushed, or unimportant. It is easy to get to, very presentable, clean, and organized. Zero complaints. Thank you for being there when we needed you and not charging “emergency” fees for an urgent situation.

As someone who worked in the veterinary field for over 20 years, I have very high expectations. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. Both Dr Selim and Dr Mat are down to earth, kind, exceptionally smart, and are clearly passionate about veterinary medicine. The rest of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and great at what they do. Estimates are provided and discussed, so everything is very clear. Prices are extremely reasonable and competitive. I’m so grateful I found this compassionate and skilled group of people to help care for my elderly dog!

I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary clinic. From the start, Dr. Matt and his team were incredibly thorough, supportive, and knowledgeable. They were flexible and always found time to get us in. They went above and beyond to guide me through one of the hardest experiences, my dog’s cancer diagnosis and eventually having to say goodbye. Dr. Matt showed genuine compassion not only for my dog, but for me as an owner. He took the time to answer every question, made sure I understood the process, followed up on every phone call and appointment and when the time came, he even came to our home after hours so my dog could pass peacefully and comfortably in familiar surroundings. His kindness, professionalism, and true care did not go unnoticed. I am forever grateful and would recommend this clinic to absolutely anyone looking for a vet who truly cares.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this veterinary center. From the moment we walked in, we knew our dog was in exceptional hands. Dr. Mat is extremely knowledgeable and kind, and he takes the time to listen to all of our concerns without ever making us feel rushed. He explains everything clearly, answers every question, and even personally calls afterward to check on our dog—something that means so much to us. Surgery tech Tiffany and office manager Kobie are outstanding as well. Their professionalism, compassion, and genuine love for animals shine through in everything they do. Finding a veterinary team you trust completely is rare, and we are so grateful to have found them.
