Brought my new fur baby there for the first time. My girlfriend has been bringing her fur babies here for years and had nothing but amazing things to say. I couldn't agree with her more. They made Minnie and I feel like family as soon as we walked through the door. No pressure. Incredibly friendly and stress free. Everyone clearly loves what they do there and it's completely about what's best for your pet. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

I have been affiliated with River Cove under the amazing care of Dr Josh for almost 30 years. That all ended today. The 2nd time I’ve called in 1 year for a very sick baby and I was offered appointment a week away. OMG, this has never happened before sadly I will be leaving this place for someone who cared enough to see my boy today.😉

We had been with River Cove Animal Hospital for many years. Because of extremely poor communication between two of their doctors, and their desire to continue treatment over what was specified, we were charged hundreds of dollars for services we didn't want or agree to. Sadly, the women doctor had the "higher education" attitude, I'm not wrong, you are. She messed up and couldn't admit it. She took no responsibility for her miscommunication with the another doctor or with us. I'd watch your wallets and hold them accountable for all cost of treatment. Make sure you get accurate estimates. They know people love their pets and will likely pay anything. They may value your animal and the amount of money they can squeeze out of you above your specified desires to discontinue treatment. I could say more. We'll never forget our horrible experience with River Cove.

Can't take the price gouging. They charge $40 every time you walk through the door. Brought my puppy in for initial exam which was $80. Now they keep charging me $40 every two weeks when all my puppy needs is a vaccination booster. Everything the sell is double retail value. Make them give you the prescription and buy it online and get it shipped to your house for half price.

We have been very happy with River cove. We have three dogs of various ages. We have found them to be accommodating and flexible when needed. Great place.
