Brought my Golden to Livewell. Our first visit was wonderful. Office was welcoming, friendly staff and great care. Office was clean and calm. Complimentary sparking water and coffee/tea for me and treats for my dog. They accept Trupanion which makes it easier for me. Great communication regarding billing info and procedures. The vet techs and vet listened, had great recommendations and info. The sweetest part is they gave me a welcome bag with a bandana, photo of my dog and other little items. We are switching to them for ongoing veterinary services.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. Even before we arrived, We received helpful communications, including where to park, and the team made sure to gather all the necessary paperwork directly from our prior vet. My dog is reactive, and from the moment we walked through the doors, the staff was incredibly thoughtful about making sure he was comfortable and away from other animals. Dr. Galvin was warm and welcoming, took time to explain everything, and made me feel like a real partner in the decisions around my pet’s care. The little touches like having my dog’s name on a little sign in the exam room for reinforced the whole experience. The first day of their opening, my sweet old dog had an incident at the groomer's resulting in a huge cut into her ear. She wound up being rushed to Livewell where they ultimately took the very best care of her (and me, the worried dog mom)! Cannot recommend them highly enough. Top notch care and bedside manner and the sweetest team imaginable.

I loved my experience! The veterinarians were so nice and they took care of my cat so well. They even gave him a bag of treats and some toys. I really appreciate them :)

Had a great experience at Livewell during my wellness check. Staff members all super lovely and professional and great with my dog. Particularly impressed by their fear-free handling methods . Highly recommend :)
