1). Obtained an appointment for what I consider urgent care. My vet could not see him for a week and a half. 2). Very pleasant and professional staff. 3). Very knowledgeable and competent doctor and technician. 4). I observed an improvement in Buddy in 3 hours. 5). There was huge improvements in Buddy every day. 5). Buddy liked everyone there and was calm.

Previously left a 5 star review due to Dr. Henderson (she is great), but unfortunately I cannot recommend this place. The last two times I have called to have my dog seen I have been told either they had no appointments for weeks, or today the excuse was “the doctor here today is only trained to do certain things” when I explained I only needed my dog to been seen for discharge (we have an appointment elsewhere for a sonogram) and I simply just needed advice whether it was an emergency or not, I was just told “no he can’t see her” (even though the website states that they are able to do multiple things, all the way down to surgery). I was not offered to make an appointment or anything. Reception needs to improve their customer service. Extremely disappointing “veterinary” office.

The Doctors and techs here showed nothing but love, understanding, and support for our senior Jack Russell. They helped him manage his arthritis and pain his last few years. He made it to 18. And when we had to make the tough decision they were nothing but caring, supportive and respectful. They are also great with our cat, and our new pup. Though they do have some new staff recently still learning the ropes, I'm sure they will be learning lots from the senior staff.

My dog had to have emergency surgery for a blockage in her stomach. The doctors nurses and staff at Vet Express were very kind and compassionate did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend

The vet team was incredible! My dog has some anxiety issues and can be reactive, the team put him at ease and gave him space when he was clearly distressed. Everyone was great and patient with him.
