I had an appt for my dog. My dogs symptoms we getting worse and they took me in before appt. They didn't have too. I really appreciated that. A few days later my dog couldn't recover from the diagnosis and they sent a condolences card just when I needed motivation.

I took my dog to be put down! Unfortunately. They were great all the way up to the time. They said he would not feel it, but he screamed out when she was injecting him. That was not expected. Now I can't get that out of my mind. I did receive a condolences card from them that was very sweet. But I feel I was lied to.

The staff is outstanding. Dr. Metry goes far and beyond to make you feel part of the family as well as our dogs. Very professional staff and always have smiles on their faces.

Prices are reasonable but they always seem over booked. My pet is not seen at the appointment time. We always have to wait a while to be seen. The parking lot is small and hard to find a spot sometimes. Overall it's not a bad vet office in my opinion.

They were helpful and because my dog needed care and my wife and I had a history of care there we were allowed to be billed for the prescription we needed and were instructed on how to apply the drops we were given. Thank everyone over there.
