I will be questioning and reporting this place to the board. HOW did you administer a blood test to my dog without either spraying his leg down. My Dow if Furry, there is NO WAY, you took blood from him without seeing his vein. And all in 5 minutes? Birdatella, lepto, and drawing blood?? Nope. And mind you, I worked as an assistant in vet hospital. They tried to distract me from watching by scheduling a second appointment for Gizmo’s booster exam. Yall are a scam.

Absolutely terrible experience! I have never had an issue with my dog getting shots before. The only issue he ever has is with his feet and I'm not quite sure why they needed to mess with his feet. Check in staff was very nice, other staff member we encountered was completely unprofessional. I watched as my dog was slammed against the glass door. Honestly if it isn't working I get it but there is no need to keep on when the dog is just getting even more upset.

Today they denied my cat of vaccinations. I had an appointment and drove 20 minutes to come here. Not sure if these are real vets but DR. Turner if that’s her real name told me “I’m not going to risk my hand and have to go to the hospital. Come back another day”. In a very rude, blunt and unprofessional tone. Now backstory it’s me and my 8 year daughter who adopted this cat a year ago and she has gone to the vet before so the “new environment” excuse she gave me was just covering up the fact that they were treating her like a stray as soon as they took her in the room. Is like they never dealt with cats before. She opened her carry on from the top and the other person put on big gloves and acted as if she was scared of her. In her real vet notes says she’s a great cat. I never even heard her hiss before. This is the type of cat to control her nails when she’s playing with me and my daughter. Yet this vet denied me of service and said she was trying to bite her. I watched everything and never once did I see this or heard it. Owners should be allowed to be by their pets side. Never going to try another one of these clinics. Definitely willing to pay a little more for my cat comfort at a real vet office. And at least they won’t deny me of service.

So unprofessional. We had an appointment drove all the way there to be told that the vet had just left. I spoke with someone on the phone and confirmed online that o would be here at the scheduled time. So frustrating and inconsiderate. Horrible costumer service. If you can’t see customers at the time it says on the website, you should change it. Simple as that.
