From start to finish my entire experience here was top notch! The nurse was phenomenal and made me feel at ease even though my poor cat was in obvious distress. The vet was also exceptional and took care of us and took the time to explain everything. The office was so clean it was almost sparkling! I would highly recommend you take your fur baby here if they are in need of it. River and I thank you all so so much!

Staff very friendly and kind especially to our Riley girl. They took good care of her didn't take long considering they had other critical patients. We were grateful to receive the medication our dog needed so late at night. Definitely recommend this hospital and Dr.

Wonderful! So thankful for Urgent Vet. I was unable to get an appointment with our primary vet’s office for four days but Urgent Vet was able to see my dog right away. From check-in to check-out, the process was smooth. I appreciated being taken directly to a room and thankful to have no interactions with other animals during our visit. The staff was very kind, knowledgeable, and made our dog feel comfortable. They took great care to assess, explain, and provide treatment. Thank you Alana Porterfield for providing great care for Mushi during our visit!

I had to make the hardest decision about letting my baby cross the rainbow bridge. The tech Ariel and Dr. Shafer were absolutely amazing walking my family through the process. I can not thank them enough for everything they did. I will never forget the care they took of her and the gentle way they both carried her. Thank you so much

I’ve been here twice with two of my cats. This last visit was very urgent and they got my cat feeling so much better after a dog bite. He’s seemingly back to his normal healthy self and doing very well. The staff are amazing. I highly recommend this great team! Thank you Dr. Fernandez!
