Just transferred my dog Rudy from another vet and I’m so glad I did. I love the personal touch. My old vet lost that touch, when they moved and expanded. The vet listened and offered advise for my senior dog, that no other vet has considered.

They made my dog so comfortable I was shock to see how relaxed he was. He normally doesn’t let anyone take him from me but for some reason he let them take him and give him a shot and he was given back to me relaxed ☺️

The lobby was very clean and the receptionist were organized. The checkin process was very quick and easy. The vet tech was receptive and gave me details as to how things were going to go. The vet was very informative and reassuring. At no time did I feel that I was just another client. I was made to feel that my dog was being cared for in the best way. Even though this is not where I normally.take my dog, it would be if it were closer to where I live.

I've been taking my cat's to Hickory Vet for about 6 years now. I love the service I recieve and the vets are very personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Hancock did my girl's teeth extraction and cleaning less than a year ago and she is so much better now. I never feel pressured into any services and they're up front about possible costs with services needed. I did look around when initially looking for a vet years ago and their prices were reasonable and reviews were good. I def would recommend them to anyone looking for a vet. They also got me in quickly and have longer hours now on certain days.
