My dog Buddie is a rescue with some anxiety. Everyone here was so sweet and patient with him, I was so incredibly grateful for the help with getting his nails trimmed. I had tried other vets with no success, and everyone at Millcreek Vet Clinic was amazing!

This place is Milcreek Urgent Veterinary Services is truly a fantastic place. From the moment I walked in, Alison recognized that my large dog was both undisciplined and untrained(I am not the owner) I work with dogs in my profession. She quickly assessed the situation and guided us to a private room to check us in, away from other dogs. Her calming presence eased my stress and helped reduce my dog’s anxiety as well. The vet tech, Sam, was equally friendly and supportive. I really felt like my concerns were listened to, not just acknowledged. Dr. Leah Ravitz left a lasting impression on me; she treated me as an equal and validated my experiences that led me to urgent care. When I left, I felt calm and confident in the decisions I had made, which is a stark contrast to how I usually feel after visiting emergency facilities for pets or people—stressed and overwhelmed. Thank you, ladies, for your amazing care! Keep up the great work!

I cannot express my gratitude enough to these professionals and this business today. Brought my dog in as a walk in. She was suffering from an infected dog bite after being attacked. From the receptionist to the vet tech to the doctor herself, every single person in there was truly wonderful. My dog and I both felt safe, secure and extremely well taken care of. They were so incredibly communicative, open and honest about everything. I would go back again and again and recommend this place again and again. Thank you thank you thank you.

This place was an absolute blessing this morning for my dog, Cornelius, and my wallet. We’re from out of state and Cornelius was in a lot of pain due to some back issues and chowing down on some undies. This place was able to fix him up at the fraction of the cost of what I was expecting. The entire staff was friendly, gentle, and so caring. This would be my home vet if we were local. Thank you so much!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. They quite literally saved my dog’s life after he swallowed a rock that could have been fatal. From the moment we walked in, the entire team showed incredible care, professionalism, and urgency. The veterinarian and staff performed surgery, and thanks to their skill and dedication, my pup made a full recovery.
