Dr. Laporte and her assistant were absolutely amazing with my Louis today! He has been struggling with allergies and ear infections so bad! They were very thorough and informative! I highly recommend! We drove from WY and our visit was definitely worth the drive.

The low star is for the genuinely archaic and beyond frustrating method to get prescriptions filled. Especially in this day and age. An absolute joke for any reasonable person. I appreciate the care my dog got and service, usually Besides those this glaring poor service to get the most simple task done. Absolutely 0 help. And 'policy' is a poor excuse when all the other vets or places I've taken pets have never had this issue. It scares me to almost feel its incompetence. Not to mention I tried all day while working 10 hours to try, and someone could've just said no. Instead I'm playing phone tag on my breaks hoping just maybe, it'll be one less thing to stress over. Instead I get a call at 4:55 with some slogged off response and get to try and hope for a better tomorrow to get my dog their prescription that could've just been faxed.

I really like this clinic and Dr. Laporte they have helped my dog a lot, however their mark up on medication is insane. They prescribed Cefpodoxime 200mg 30 pills and charged me over $130.00 for it. Went on chewy same drug same dose $43.00 make sure you ask can I get a prescription instead of them just filling it for you. The apoquel was not as marked up, but I’ve learned my lesson. I had sticker shock the last time I went in. Ask how much every test is before you commit and do your homework on google with medications.

Great doctors! We have been seeing Dr. Loek and Dr. Laporte for years. They take great care of two of my dogs who have struggled with allergies and other health conditions.
