I highly recommend Lake air for exotics, I accompanied my best friend to take her hedgehog in with a large lump. The receptionists were sweet, we were took back by the technician who was so very kind, they were very comfortable handling the hedgehog and were very sweet. The vet Dr.Emerson was also super kind and comfortable. He let us know kindly that her lump was cancer and to let her live out her happy old hedghog life till it’s time! Thank you lake air

My pet had an unexpected emergency today, and I needed to use CareCredit to cover the cost of the visit. While the veterinarians at this clinic were absolutely amazing, compassionate, and professional as always, my experience with the receptionist was extremely disappointing. As I was discussing payment options with a younger receptionist I believe named Savannah, I asked about the available CareCredit financing plans. She informed me that only a 6-month payment option was available, but I was seeing additional 12- and 18-month options on the CareCredit website. I clearly told her twice not to finalize anything while I reviewed the options myself and chose a payment plan that would work with my financial situation. Despite this, she proceeded with the contract anyway. While I was still looking through the available options online, she informed me that the contract was ready and all I needed to do was sign. I explained that I had never authorized her to push it through and that I was still reviewing my choices. Her response was simply a shrug and a statement that I would need to contact CareCredit myself to resolve the issue. The veterinarians here have always provided outstanding care, and I have never had any complaints about the medical staff. Unfortunately, the lack of attention, professionalism, and customer service I experienced at the front desk overshadowed an already stressful emergency situation. Because of this experience, I do not ever plan to return to this location.

I've been with them for almost 20 years, and I love them all. They are sweet, understanding, caring, and considerate. I don't trust many with my fur babies, but I'll bet my bottom dollar they know their stuff. ALL of the staff are amazing!!!!!

Our dog just had emergency surgery for a bowel obstruction. They were able to take him, do the surgery, and take great care of him post op. Jenna was amazing and so caring with our sweet dog.
