The best vet service anyone could ask for! Extremely polite and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for better care for my dog. Walking in and have never been there before. We were welcomed and taken care of right away. My dog ended up needing surgery and needed to stay a few nights for treatment and recovery. We were called every day that he was there with updates along with visiting hour time. 5 stars isn’t enough to thank them for how wonderful they are !!

They are very accommodating. We officially met on bad terms but I do appreciate dr Andrew and his team willing to take on our animals for future care.

One of our chihuahuas was bitten by a copperhead. Our vet didn't have anti-venom and referred us to Cotton wood Creek . Everyone that worked there was helpful, kind, and competent. Our dog was seen as soon as we arrived. The vets, vet techs, and front desk staff were all very caring and explained what needed to be done. Our dog spent the night and two days and is well on her way to a complete recovery. It's nice to know such a wonderful pet hospital is located in Waco! We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and cleanliness of the nice facility just off highway 6.

Every single person that works here is amazing!! The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful and treat my dogs amazing! The veterinarian and her veterinarian tech were so nice and loved on my dog. He felt so comfortable...I also have taken my tortoises there for toenail and beak trimming. I am completely satisfied with their care!

Yesterday morning, I went to Durant Animal Hospital to have my dog undergo a c-section. However, I was turned away because they told me my dog was at a "reverse level of 15," which I knew was scientifically incorrect since she was 64 days pregnant. On the way back to Waco, my dog's mucus plug came out in the car. I called Cottonwood Vet, and they made it a priority to get me in. The doctor who performed the c-section had a shining aura about herself and took great care of my fur baby. Despite hearing horror stories in the past, I highly recommend them based on my great experience.
