We love Northpointe Animal Hospital. They are knowledgeable and so caring. I love that they text for follow-up. And it’s not just automated messages - they personally respond back to your questions or comments. We’ve been taking our dog there for over 11 years! I highly recommend them. We especially love Dr Crider !

We have been coming to Northpointe Animal Hospital for years and love every vet we’ve worked with. That said, Dr. Jackson deserves special recognition. She is outstanding at diagnosing and treating illnesses in dogs, and her knowledge and compassion have been invaluable to our family. We feel incredibly blessed to have her and her exemplary team of vet techs caring for our pets.

My family and I have been bringing our pets here for over a decade and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. The staff here are kind, considerate, and they provide expert care. I had to put my cat down last week completely unexpectedly (I thought he was a lot younger than he was because I rescued him off the street a couple y/a) and they sent me his paw print in ink and letter signed by everyone that works there. They went above and beyond my expectations and I really appreciate that.

We could not be happier with Northpoint Animal Hospital. From the receptionists to the techs, the level of care is exceptional. They always go above and beyond to get our pets in as soon as possible. and we cannot say enough about Dr. Ramsbacher, she has given us years with our old dog when we thought we would only have months. If you’re looking for a vet who will care for your pet as well as she would care for her own, she’s your lady!
