On May, my dog blanket was attacked by a neighbor’s dog off leash. He became paralyzed immediately after the attack and was unable to walk while recovering from surgery for almost 2 months before we found dr wall and the team. Other vets told us to put him down but after starting his sessions w dr wall he started showing small signs of improvement and eventually started walking again after about 1.5 months. Kari always kindly walked through what the sessions entailed and what to do at home. Words cant describe how thankful we are to have our happy blanket back on his feet again.

I came here specifically for hydrotherapy for my dog and made that clear from the start. The clinic even confirmed my appointment after getting my dog’s records. Instead, I was put in a consultation room where the vet spent nearly an hour pushing expensive tests (x-ray, MRI, CT) and trying to get me to schedule one right away. When I asked the price, I was finally quoted $813 for an x-ray. I declined and left—only to find out I was charged $282 just for the consultation, something that was never disclosed upfront or listed on their website. When I called to question it, I was told, “If you don’t ask, we don’t tell.” This feels like a bait-and-switch business model—get you in, pressure you with costly treatment plans, and at minimum, bill you hundreds just for talking. Very disappointing, not transparent, and definitely not the straightforward hydrotherapy care I was looking for.

My 6 yr old GSD is showing hip dysplasia and arthritis making it difficult for him to get up and down and do daily things like sit on the couch. We were interested in pain management and therapy for him, to try to stave off the inevitable surgery. We expected to be told that was our only option. Dr. Wall not only had other options, but gave us a lot of time to answer our concerns/questions, and explained throughly all the steps he wanted to try, none of them leading to surgery at this stage. We feel very educated and prepared to make the best choices for our boy now, and are much more confident in what we need to do to help our dog now and in the future. Bonus, our dog really loved the doctor and his staff, which is extremely unusual, he was so calm with them! They are so kind and explanatory!! Don't question it, go here to help your pet!

We thought we would have to put our 12-yr old Rottweiler down. She couldn’t get up from the floor. She’d had both hips replaced in her first couple years of life, and endured knee surgeries as well. We went to Dr. Wall as a last resort. Further surgeries were not an option to repair what turned out to be another rupture of a knee tendon. Instead, he injected her joints with a new medication and we began rehab treatments. That was a year ago. Dr Wall and his team gave us our dog back. Now, at 13 years old she loves going to the clinic for her “spa days” and the staff there do a great job administering the therapeutic massage and exersize routines that keep her mobile and lessen pain. We are so thankful.

Our experience here was wonderful. Dr Wall gave us all the time we wanted, answering questions and educating us during our appointment. His entire team is also patient, kind and highly qualified to help in the rehabilitation process of our dog Caruso who had a stroke resulting in paralyzation that has improved tremendously. I definitely recommend this veterinary hospital.
