This is the best Vet clinic in the area! I live in San Antonio and still drive my my animals to San Marcos Veterinary Clinic. They actually care about the animals and it really shows.

San Marcos Veterinary has truly been a blessing to our family. Dr House took in our Amigo after his ear were terribly cropped at a different veterinary in Austin Texas. Dr House fixed Amigo's ears after one was cropped bigger than the other. Dr House and her team are the most loving and kindest people to our pets. Amigo our new addition to the family is now in the best of care and I don't mind driving from Austin to San Marcos if it means the well being of Amigo.Thank you so much San Marcos Veterinary.

This place is honest, trustworthy and affordable. The vet speaks to you so you can understand what she is saying. Not 5 stars because it smells like pee and the rooms make tlyou fel like you are in jail. All walls painted cinder block .

Very thankful for this clinic!! So many great things to say about them. My brother has used them for over 15 years and they saved one of his dogs. I used them for about 10 years until we moved but they were always wonderful. They get you seen quickly and are very affordable. Today though, they really saved us because we've been an emotional wreck! Our dog has been having some major intestinal issues and we were about to spend $500 at another clinic to have a sono/xray but called this vet out of desperation even though they're not close to us. They gave very helpful advice and calmed our nerves from thinking she was on the verge of death. I cannot thank them enough for them putting their love for animals over profit and always going above and beyond 💗
