I have been taking my dogs to Town East Galloway Vet Clinic since before it became part of Banfield. They are really the best! Dr. B is a very caring knowledgeable vet and she is always willing to explain why and how she wants to treat your pet. ALL of the vet techs are awesome and are also quite knowledgeable. I would not take my Basset Hound, Molly, anywhere else! I highly recommend them.

Said they had availability online. Booked an appointment for my baby and brought him up there just to be told there was actually no vet there at the moment and I could just leave him and tell them what’s going on and they’ll call when he’s done? No. Luckily we found a good vet at Casa Linda Animal Clinic.

I just want to say how great of an experience i had today!! The service was amazing and after searching for a new vet I have officially found one :) Everyone is so sweet from the front desk, assistants, and doctor. They heard my concerns and addressed them in full detail which was super comforting. The nice girl in the room explained to me the plan they offered in full detail and added any accommodations i asked about such as a new heartworm preventative which is included in my plan which she added. Pricing is great here and the plans are great as well I did the calculations of how much i’d pay for the whole year plus my starting fee and it’s literally HALF of what another vet cost me and the other office wasn’t nearly as welcoming and nice as this one. Super clean as well which is a plus and i was worried they had a pet cat that walked around freely like apparently the other offices do and thank god they didn’t because my dog is pretty reactive when it comes to cats so I put a muzzle on just to be safe. He has an appointment next week for his dental cleaning and overall i’m really happy i found this office! 10/10

I was leaving town the next day, and I needed the shot records of my pet Abby sent to the dogie daycare place. So I called them, they emailed them right away. I had no problems, that was a great relief! Thanks to Banfiel.

We recently got a kitty from a family friend and quickly found out that she had a sensitive tummy. I was able to book a same day appointment and after dropping her off I received informative, regular updates from the doctor as well as the staff. I am absolutely thrilled to have found such amazing care for my sweet kitten. Carrie and Katie went absolutely above and beyond to help my family our baby. These lady’s even stayed nearly 30 minutes after closing time to assist with some technical difficulties we were having during pick up. They were sweet, playful, and incredibly helpful. I most certainly recommend this vet and their insurance to anyone who is looking for amazing care for their furry family member! Thank you so much Carrie, Katie and the rest of the Galloway Banfield Pet Hospital Team!
