I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Finn and the entire team at Pet Method! From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This is especially important for our dog, who can be quite anxious, and the team consistently goes above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and at ease during every visit. We've been working closely with Dr. Finn to navigate a recent diagnosis for our dog, and his expertise has been truly invaluable. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in his approach. What stands out most is his clear communication; he takes the time to explain his findings and recommendations in a way that's easy to understand, always collaborating with us to determine the best course of treatment for our beloved pet. Dr Finn and the entire staff are so nice and accommodating to each individual pets’ needs. If you have a reactive animal they do their best to make sure that your appointments don’t overlap with another and help create a safe and comfortable environment for them. They take care of my pup as if she were their own; which is all you can really ask for, especially when she can be a handful. They take the time to answer or address any questions and concerns and have been incredibly patient with me when I need more clarification. It’s the most welcoming clinic I’ve taken my fur baby to, me and my pup feel so comfortable there, and I would trust my pets with Dr Finn through anything. They also have a rewards program through the PetDesk App and that’s been really nice to have with routine visits.

These guys care so much about our furry friends and I’m so thankful I found them! I drive an hour to see them and it’s worth it every time. Especially when you find a vet who is so compassionate and caring. Dr hunter and his staff go above and beyond to make sure me and my pets are happy. I’m so thankful I found them after going through numerous vets for my senior dog i know just how cold some of them can be. Not only does Dr hunter give knowledgable care. He goes the extra mile to explain everything to me and he treats my dog as if it is his own and for that I am forever grateful. I will continue to go to him and recommend all my friends and family! And thank you again to the Dr and staff Ava means more to me than you can imagine and I cannot thank you enough for the kindness and support you’ve shown us. It really does make a difference, especially with an older dog who likes to give me all kinds of trouble!

We have had a wonderful experience with Pet Method Animal Hospital. Our dog had a dental cleaning as well as mass removal surgery - both went great and we are incredibly thankful to Dr. Finn, Zach and Sara for making the experience as stress free as possible for our dog. They answered all our questions and communicated effectively so that we felt confident/comfortable during every appointment. We look forward to returning for annual vaccinations and other routine check-ups. Highly recommend!
