Evie and I had such a great experience with Dr. Julie and our vet tech Kaya! They were patient, thorough, and so helpful in putting both me and Evie at ease during and after our appointment. The office itself is gorgeous, so modern and clean since it’s new. The receptionist was so kind, and there’s drinks/coffee for the humans and an array of snacks for pets. They took Evie’s pic when we got there to display in the exam room on the screen, along with the reasons for her visit, questions I had for the doctor, and a QR code that links to the pet portal in Chewy for easy access to her records after. Evie was a bit difficult as they needed to swab inside her ears and get a stool sample, but they were as gentle as possible and it’s really a relief to feel like your pet is being treated by people really who love and care about animals! Dr. Julie was fantastic. She’s such a knowledgeable vet. We came in for digestive issues, but she also looked through Evie’s past lab results and answered all my questions about other conditions I was worried about. Kaya was also amazing. She was attentive to all the concerns I had and she even texted to check up on Evie after her appointment! Pricing here is pretty standard for the area, some services are cheaper, some are more expensive, so it evens out. We also have a quick follow up appointment, and I was told I wouldn’t be charged the full exam fee for that which is great. Their quality and care far outweigh vets who charge the same amount, so if you’re going to pay the same anyways, you’re better off coming to Chewy. Bonus, new patients get a $50 gift card plus a little gift bag with a cute duck toy, frisbee, and collapsible water bowl!

We had a wonderful experience at the Chewy Vetcare! Cathy was amazing and so wonderful with our Bella. First of all-I’ve never been to a vet that smells so good! My girl was sick and they were so gentle with her and informative. The pricing is very reasonable and I love how much they really seemed to care. Very clean and efficient. Highly recommend.

most epic experience. it puts me in the mind of spa for your puppy. from the moment you walk in they make you feel extremely welcomed and the complimentary treats are exceptional. you know you’re getting everything you could ask for when coming to chewy they certain provide. Corbin and Dr.Brent stole our hearts! I love the attention they provide that made Sanji comfortable we even got $50 gift card to use on Chewy.com to purchase goodies for our growing pup! Nobody does it like chewy! I cannot wait to come back.!

I was thrilled to give them a shot when I found out they were nearby. Unlike vets at big box stores, this place is just better in every way. The staff were super friendly. My pet even got a Polaroid! I like how easy it is to have the records on my chewy account, schedule online whenever I need, and order meds. It just feels really smooth compared to traditional vet. I'm totally comfortable with them as my primary vet for my dog! 🐾

I had a wonderful experience at Chewy Vet Clinic in McKinney at Custer & 380. The staff were friendly & attentive, the vet was thorough & personable, & they did not rush us through. They listened & assessed my pup then offered solutions. I did not feel like unneeded tests were ordered or pushed to purchase additional things. Prices were very reasonable & they gave us a Chewy gift card & gift bag of goodies. My pup is back to herself & immediately received relief after one prescribed pill. I will definitely be back & will share our experience with everyone I can.
