I brought both our dogs for annual exams. As can be expected they were pretty nervous. The staff took time to get down, comfort them and make them feel loved. They made sure they understood past history, our preferences, and gave me options on treatment. Everything was well explained and very thorough. The facilities are top notch. Dr D is the absolute best!

I have been to several vets recently with my two dogs, including big hospitals. CityVet, by far, is the best in every aspect. They were nice enough to answer we questions and help me view text after hours despite me not being a patient yet. Their prices for the appointment as well as the tests ran there were cheaper then anywhere else, including Penny Paws. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful to not just me but also to my furry baby. The doctor wasn't rushed and took her time to answer all my questions and give my every possible scenario. The pricing was told to me up front before anything was done. They fully allowed me to make a decision on treatment without pushing me to do anything or up selling anything. They offered water for the dog without me asking (which you'd be shocked how rare that is), they offered me drinks multiple times, they kept me informed on what was going on, they were prompt and always had a smile. They also had the cutest little gift bags for the puppos, and even gave one to my other dog who wasn't there. As I said, recently I've been to several different clinics and hospitals and this blows the rest away in every single aspect.

City Vet Keller is home to the best veterinarian I've ever worked with--Dr. Daugette. With a family background in vet care, my own experience as a pet owner, and over two decades in pet rescue, I've seen the good and the bad in animal care. Dr. Daugette stands out as exceptional. Her balance of professionalism and warmth makes every visit stress-free, both for me and my pets. If you want the best care for your furry friends, Dr. D is the one to trust!
