Could not have asked for a better ER experience! I really appreciate the open concept and the fact I can stay with my pet the entire time. Everyone from the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctor were all so extremely sweet and caring. The doctor explained everything to me very clearly and answered all my questions with a smile. I was in and out within like an hour! My nosy self also overheard the doctors/nurses talking to other pets and their pawrents and they were so attentive and kind. They truly want the best for everyone and we appreciate it so much!

I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to both the morning and night teams at the hospital. Dr. Brann and Dr. Jared, you both did an incredible job taking care of Ibiza and ensuring that my pet received the best possible treatment. Your expertise and compassion truly made a difference in her recovery, and I am so grateful for everything you did for her. But it wasn't just the doctors who made my experience exceptional. Tara and Chenille, the care you provided was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. Your kindness, attention to detail, and genuine concern for my dog well-being truly made a difference during my stay. I felt like she was in great hands the entire time, and I can't thank you enough for your dedication and hard work. To both teams, I want to express my most sincere gratitude and kudos for all that you do. My experience in this facility from the moment we walked in until the moment we got in our car to leave was impeccable! The staff here are exceptional! They were all in very welcoming, attentive, caring and compassionate! There is no wait to be seeing, you are tended to right away! The facility itself is very clean and odor less! They even provided us with mats, blankets and pillows to rest in. They checked in on me just as much as my dog! I am truly grateful for the level of care we received here for our overnight observation stay! We will never go anywhere else! Special thank you to Dr. Sekar, Dr. Cisneros, Becky, Emily, Chelsey and all the other nurses (sorry I didn’t get everyone’s name) that helped my baby girl were very knowledgeable, informative, gentle and sweet the entire night! I appreciate you all!!

Everyone here is wonderful. They made an already hard process easier. I had to say good bye to my 3 year old Cat. He was amazing but was terminally sick. They gave us all the time we needed before saying goodbye. I just received a card in the mail with everyone condolences. Thank you for everything they have done to make us as ease.
