Chewy Vet Care Cinco Ranch

This was my first visit to Chewy Vet Care at Cinco Ranch La Centerra, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Booking the appointment online was simple and convenient. I needed to make a change over the phone, and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the process. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team greeted us warmly and checked us in with great professionalism and kindness. Te-Te, the vet assistant, was wonderful with our two cats—gentle, patient, and truly listened to all of our concerns. Dr. Baskin was amazing—extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough in addressing everything we were worried about. I truly felt that our cats were in the best hands. The office itself has a calm, welcoming ambiance and is impressively clean. Even though our cats were understandably a bit nervous, the visit felt much smoother than previous experiences at other vet offices. Without a doubt, this will be our go-to veterinary clinic from now on. Highly recommend Dr. Baskin, Te-Te, and the entire team!

When Rex and I arrived for his first visit, we were greeted by **Ms. Avery**, who was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable right away, patiently explaining what to expect and, most importantly, ensuring that Rex felt safe and at ease. The love and care the entire team showed were undeniable—they treated Rex like family, showering him with affection, patience, and (of course!) plenty of treats. **Dr. Jenkins and Casey** were just as exceptional! They listened to all of my concerns, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I felt informed and confident in Rex’s care. The most comforting part? I was allowed to stay by Rex’s side throughout his entire exam and vaccinations. Their approach to pet care is **genuine, transparent, and heartfelt**, and it’s clear that they truly **love** what they do. Brought my puppy in for a thorough wellness check up! Loved the place, very cleannn and so cute! Love the vet and staff there very sweet people! I think for a vet visit it’s really not bad at all price wise! And they seem very honest! I would probably keep coming back ☺️

Lily and I had a red-carpet experience at Chewy Vet! After her appointment, she received a pup cup, more treats, a bravery award, a bandana, and even a $50 gift card! Every staff member went above and beyond to make her visit positive and stress-free. I’m so grateful for this level of care — we’ll definitely be back!

Very affordable! Our dog wouldn’t let ANYONE cut his nails but they were able to do it without sedation! 10/10 service and vibes. They were extremely friendly and kind. I highly recommend going here!
